PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
Article 105 (2): No member of the Parliament shall be
liable to any proceedings in any court in respect of anything said [****][1] by him in Parliament or
any committee thereof, and no person shall also be liable in respect of the
publication by or under any authority of either House of Parliament of any
report, papers or proceedings.
Similarly Article 194 (2) has been repealed.
Vote given by the Member of the Parliament shall be
dealt according to the provisions of The Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
